William G. Sale, M.D.

A West Virginian, Dr. Sale has practiced orthopaedic surgery for over 25 years in his hometown of Charleston. He graduated from Hampden-Syndey College and received his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Virginia. He completed his residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee and completed an orthopaedic-arthritis fellowship at Vanderbilt and the University of Colorado. Dr. Sale has served the community through his appointments from President of the Medical Staff at Charleston Area Medical Center to WV Councilor-American Academy Orthopaedic Surgeons and Vice Speaker of House of Delegates-WV Medical Association. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
